Digital Marketing Manager (ABM & Demand Generation)

Our SDK and analytics backend secure millions of endpoints across Android and iOS.
Now entering a new growth phase, our goal is to double ARR in 2025. To get there, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can lead and scale our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Demand Generation initiatives across high-value verticals and target markets.
What you’ll do
You’ll be the go-to person for campaign execution, ABM orchestration, and marketing operations. Working closely with Sales and company leadership, you’ll design and run demand gen programs, automate lead flows, and continuously optimize marketing efforts across digital channels.
We’re looking for someone who is strategic, independent, and highly collaborative, with strong execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
ABM & Demand Generation
* Design and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns focused on engaging and converting high-value enterprise accounts.
* Coordinate intent-based campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other platforms to fuel the sales pipeline.
* Develop and manage account-specific playbooks, nurturing workflows, and engagement strategies by segment.
* Align closely with Sales and BDRs to ensure smooth lead handoff and outreach optimization.
Marketing Operations (MarOps) & Automation
* Own HubSpot Marketing Hub setup and operations.
* Build and optimize workflows, scoring models, and nurture sequences.
* Maintain CRM data integrity and segmentation.
* Run A/B tests, create dashboards, and deliver actionable reports.
* Ensure tools and tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Genesy) are fully optimized for scale and visibility.
* Drive data-driven decisions across all marketing programs: know what’s working, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Performance Analytics & Optimization
* Track and report on KPIs such as CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
* Use data from Google Analytics, HubSpot, and ad platforms to guide campaign decisions.
* Continuously test and iterate on messaging, targeting, and creatives to improve campaign ROI.
Digital Campaign Execution
* Lead execution of targeted email campaigns, retargeting, social ads, and search campaigns.
* Develop and manage lead magnets, gated content, and event-based outreach (e.g., webinars, virtual roundtables).
* Ensure consistency and personalization across touchpoints to maximize engagement across priority accounts.
Website Maintenance & Light Optimization
* Ensure the website (currently built on WordPress / HubSpot CMS) is up-to-date, fast, and aligned with ongoing campaigns.
* Make small optimizations (e.g., landing page updates, CRO improvements, content refreshes).
* Coordinate with the external SEO partner as needed; SEO execution is not part of this role’s core responsibilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work independently, while maintaining tight alignment with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams.
* Integrate marketing efforts across functions to support shared pipeline and revenue goals.
* Take initiative and contribute to strategic discussions—this is not a wait-for-instructions role.
What we’re looking for
* 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a clear focus on demand generation and ABM.
* Hands-on expertise in HubSpot, including automation, reporting, segmentation, lead nurturing, and data management.
* Experience running and optimizing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email nurture campaigns.
* Proven ability to design and execute ABM strategies across multiple touchpoints.
* Strong analytical mindset and experience in reporting on campaign performance and attribution modelling.
* Proactive, collaborative, and able to operate autonomously with strong ownership and initiative.
* Bonus:
* Familiarity with intent platforms like Genesy or Influ2.
* Experience planning and executing events (webinars, conferences, etc.) and managing related logistics.
