Strategic Partnership Account Manager - Permanent - Barcelona

Your Responsibilities:
1. Be the main point of contact with the partner and maintain a long-term relationship, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
2. Understand partners' needs and objectives to propose appropriate solutions.
3. Renew and/or expand existing accounts.
4. Participate in regular meetings with clients to review service/product performance.
5. Account growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of additional products or services.
6. Develop strategies to increase profitability of existing accounts (negotiate, pitch, monitor).
7. Internal coordination: Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, CRM teams to ensure that partner expectations are met.
8. Ensure all departments of the company are understood and prioritize customer needs.
Your Profile:
1. Business or engineering school background.
2. 2 years of experience in Account Management (Enterprise preferred) or consulting.
3. Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English.
4. Able to move in a fast-growing environment: proactive, autonomous, motivated, and organized.
5. Previous experience in a scale-up and/or in the Real Estate sector is a plus.
