We are currently seeking a highly responsible, trustworthy, and experienced individual to join our rapidly expanding global team as Marketing Analyst.
In this role, you will collaborate with Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales, and other teams in our remote-first company. Your tasks will range from refining Salesforce usage to analyzing and optimizing our lead scoring model. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a passion for uncovering insights and improving processes. You have expertise in Salesforce, Pardot (or HubSpot/Marketo), marketing analytics (CTR, CVR, CPMQL), and advanced Excel skills.
This role requires hands-on experience in marketing operations, working closely with teams to drive improvements and insights—not just data analysis in isolation.
Responsibilities
* Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness and business impact.
* Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing.
* Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices.
* Provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements.
* Develop robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoring.
* Produce and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
* Present analysis and findings to stakeholders across business units (Growth Marketing,
* Partner Marketing, Operations, Sales).
* Consult with campaign manager and others on scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
* Advise on technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, multitouch attribution, campaign influence, data aggregation from PPC) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
* Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
Qualifications and Background
Required:
* 5+ years of work experience that developed strong analytical capabilities. Most of that time should be in a B2B or B2C organization.
* You fluently speak the language of a marketer. From PPC to email automation, CVRs to CTR, cost per MQL / SQO, A/B testing and more, you can dive into the deep end from day 1 and swim with your marketing colleagues.
* You have strong Salesforce skills. You produce your own reports and find your own answers.
* You have hands-on experience with marketing automation.
* You exhibit strength in translating data into actionable insights.
* You have a bias for action. We are building a rocket ship and we need people who want to build.
* You are an expert at building a plan and driving results. You openly communicate your progress, you seek solutions to obstacles, and you take pride in delivering excellent work.
* You have experience in generating documentation for processes.
* You engage with members of various teams and employ empathy and a service mindset to develop strong relationships.
* You have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* You are dedicated to personal growth. You know that you don’t know it all and you relish opportunities to develop new skills.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar.
* Proven ability to manage projects, engage with end users, and drive results.
* 2+ years working with Salesforce including all standard objects, but with plenty of experience
* working with the campaign object, campaign influence, Analytics Studio, or some combination.
* Experience using or supporting Pardot / MCAE. Experience with other marketing platforms like Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, and HubSpot will be considered.
* You have experience with Analytics Studio or something very similar. You can make your own recipes and blend data across Salesforce and Pardot.
* Strong working knowledge of Excel to perform analysis (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are table stakes, you use this program like a skilled chef).
* Knack for distilling simple explanations from complex inputs.
* Experience with a data visualization tool like PowerBI, Tableau or Looker.
Desirable:
* Experience working with data warehouses.
* SQL skills.
* Experience working at a consulting firm or in a consulting-type role.
* Comfort speaking to C-level employees.
