The marketing team is currently divided into geographical areas, with Spain being the one with the highest contribution to recurring revenue.
Requirements
We are looking for a SEO growth hacker for Germany. Someone who is either a German native or has lived several years in Germany with relevant working experience growing a business from scratch with few resources. This person will report directly to the Growth Manager and will interact with different teams across the organization such as Sales, Marketing, and Product.
Experience
1. In-depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates
2. Previous working experience as a marketing growth hacker for 5 years
3. Optimization and competitor analysis
4. Email automation and CRM
5. General knowledge in digital marketing: CRO, UX, and Analytics
6. Multichannel lead generation in social media, webinars, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
7. Previous relevant growth experiences of +10% MoM
Skills
1. Startup fit: High energy, creative, driven, flexible
2. Ambitious with strong work ethics
3. Leadership and managerial experience of cross-functional teams
4. Good analysis skills, capable of building live information reporting for the whole team
5. Hands-on, no excuse attitude
Languages
