JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly experienced Consolidation Specialist to assist all consolidation functions within our organization. In this role, you will work on consolidation, analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements. Reporting directly to the Consolidation Manager, you will play a crucial part in our consolidation team performing financial operations.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
* Consolidate monthly financial results, under IFRS standards, across the world with ca. 50 legal entities to provide actionable insights.
* Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting policies, assure its application in affiliated companies and joint ventures, and internal control standards throughout the consolidation process.
* Elaboration of the Molins Consolidated Annual Accounts, as well as the Consolidated Interim Accounts (half yearly basis), based on the requirements of a stock listed company according to the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
* Monitoring and analysis of reporting packages in affiliated companies and joint ventures, under Group's accounting policies, in compliance with the consolidation and reporting deadlines.
* Contribution to the standardization and implementation of procedures, accounting policies and controls in the Group's companies to ensure quality of information in the consolidation process.
* Prepare the supporting documentation required for external and internal auditors.
* Assist with additional reporting requirements as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
* At least 4-6 years of proven experience in a similar position in a multinational company, preferably in the industrial sector, or as an auditor in a Big4.
* Bachelor degree in business administration or economics. Master degree in finance/audit will be valued.
* In-depth knowledge of IFRS and Spanish GAAP.
* Knowledge of HFM Consolidation and SAP.
* Knowledge of Workiva and MS PowerBI will be valued.
* Fluent English and Spanish.
* Skills: high level of integrity and ethics, accountability, proactivity and collaboration, results-oriented and problem-solving attitude, highly analytical, attention to detail, flexible, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines, proactive and team-oriented.
