The Controller’s main goal is to manage the company’s finances and accountancy. Moreover, he or she collaborates in the budget’s planning, follow up and execution and will run adhoc analysis to advice on strategic decision-making.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
1. Analyse costs to ensure that they are allocated in the proper cost centre.
2. Cooperate and give support to Accounting Department in monthly closing process to ensure that all costs accrued are recognized.
3. Analyse Actual costs vs budget in order to explain potential deviations.
4. Cooperate in Budget process (Indirect and G&A costs).
5. Providing management information and key operational cost data.
6. Update information systems according to local and group requirements.
7. Operational analysis of APM network utilisation, KPIs.
8. Cooperate in the analysis of operational KPIs, explanation of deviations.
9. Proposing and implementing new solutions in the field of operational cost analytics.
10. Automation of standard reporting and analysis processes.
11. Cooperate in the analysis of operational costs, construction decision models, operational statistics, budgeting, management accounting, operational control and financial analysis.
12. Assist various departments in cost, performance and profitability analysis.
Well, what will the requirements be?
1. Minimum 4 to 5 years in a similar position.
2. Higher education or bachelor's degree. Preferably studies in Business Administration and Economics/Accounting.
