The MDM Products team provides the tools and resources to bring together information from dozens of systems to provide a seamless customer experience and enable operations and advanced analytics.
In this role, you'll be partnering with stakeholders from the commercial business, IT, and other internal and external partners to deliver master data management (MDM) solutions.
This role requires a senior technical system owner to deliver on critical Master Data Management (MDM) projects and operations within the Data Digital and IT (DDIT) function supporting Novartis' Innovative Medicines business. You will own a customer MDM technology solution end-to-end.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Establish technology roadmap for international master data management products serving Novartis's International commercial business.
• Establish the business case for new master data management investments.
• Work closely with global product owner to ensure Technology Service/Solutions Delivery teams deliver products according to strategy with reuse across other areas.Balance the needs of multiple stakeholders to prioritize the most impactful enhancements.
• Identify functional and nonfunctional requirements for master data management solutions
• Ensure services, solutions, platforms, products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact.
• Run efficient DevOps for MDM solutions ensuring availability and optimal performance for responsible function / service area.
• Establish governance structure for projects, operations, etc. with right stakeholder representation.
• Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders within your remit.
• Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness. Ensure the overall user experience is considered when designing, deploying new solutions and services.
• Ensure alignment to Security and Compliance policies and procedures and service level agreements.
