As an Agile Master, you´ll play a pivotal role in guiding our teams towards success by facilitating agile methodologies, promoting continuous improvement and cultivating a culture of innovation.
You'd be a part of a highly diverse team of 46 people internationally located across Europe and Vietnam, all focusing on joint goals of IT project realization with Agile Master support in team leadership.

Your Tasks:
* Identify and support eliminating impediments to an effective productive working environment.
* Establish, track and regularly review KPIs to assess project progress and team performance, ensuring alignment with agile principles.
* Collaborate with the Product Owner and Project Manager to identify and implement strategies or process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
* Enforce a sustainable agile framework and promote agile working methods.
* Organize, moderate and facilitate meetings and events.
* Support the department leadership through feedback, coaching and mentoring of employees, helping to increase satisfaction and effectiveness of the team.
Your Profile:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate, mediate, resolve conflicts and guide teams.
* Professional experience in the areas of agile frameworks and facilitation of agile processes.
* Expertise in driving organizational change, optimizing processes and supporting teams in adapting to new workflows and agile methodologies.
* Skilled in coaching teams and individuals, conducting agile trainings, moderating workshops and fostering personal and professional growth within teams.
* Relevant certifications such as Certified SCRUM Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or similar agile qualifications.
* Fluent in English.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and monday.com is a plus.
