We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator/Process Assistant for our external Vendor-Flex location in Jirny (near Prague).
This person will oversee an important logistics service partner for Amazon. The Process Assistant will be responsible for coordinating operational processes and managing the flow of Amazon customer orders, monitoring key performance indicators, and maintaining constant communication with the logistics service provider.
In this role, you will ensure optimal workforce planning by the logistics provider and the continuous improvement of processes. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will act as Amazon’s local representative, where communication with employees, supervisors, and other departments will be an essential part of your daily work. You will possess technical knowledge, demonstrate exemplary behavior, commitment, reliability, and prioritize safety and work quality.
Willingness to travel is a must, as you may occasionally be required to visit other Vendor-Flex locations to provide support.
Key Job Responsibilities
Scope of Responsibilities Includes:
1. Participation in the coordination and further development of all processes within the Vendor Flex area
2. Oversight of the relationship with the logistics service provider, focusing on processes in the following warehouse areas: Receiving, Storage, Picking, Packing, Shipping and Transport, and Quality
3. Direct communication with representatives of the logistics service provider, procurement company, and transport company
4. Monitoring key performance indicators while considering corporate goals
5. Advisory activities within the relationship with the logistics service provider to support the further development and improvement of the production process
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Previous experience in logistics processes
* Previous experience in personnel management
* Very good computer skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Intermediate knowledge of English (B1/B2 level)
* Valid driver's license
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Advanced knowledge of English (C1 level)
* Experience in preparing and presenting key data and analyses
* Very good communication skills
* Assertiveness and empathy
* Ability to work in a team
