* Prepare the ingredients for Pizza.
* To get the pizza dough ready, grate cheese and slice and chop pizza toppings such as vegetables and meat.
* Also make fresh tomato sauces if necessary.
* Pizza chefs may also prepare ingredients for calzones, sandwiches, garlic bread and simple pasta dishes.
* Turns oven controls to regulate temperatures and to set time cycle for baking pizzas.
* Must ensure that the kitchen meets safety and health standards.
* Operate and monitor baking equipment and temperature to control appearance of products.
* Check and maintain the cleanliness of equipment and utensils to make sure health and safety regulations are met.
* Any other tasks as required by the Executive Chef updated by Cipriani Management from time to time.
