Description of the Department/Project: Iberian HUB Execution Center is a Multi Business and Transversal unit where Projects/Solutions of Schneider Electric are defined, proposed, negotiated and executed for our customers. At Tendering Team we develop the first stage and we are the entry point of the IHUB. As a result of being a Transversal unit, we are in close relationship with Sales teams from all Business Units of Schneider. In addition to that, we collaborate with most of the internal groups such as: Solution Architects, Business Developers, Contracting/Legal, Finance, Purchasing, etc. All this ecosystem let Tender Engineers to have a global view of the company, to know the commercial strategy and to understand the role of each person in the organizations with their needs and goals. So, we are in the center of a lot of synergies of the company for the Global Customer Projects and Service Operation group (GCP&SO) What will you do? Define Technical Solutions Elaborate Technical/Commercial Proposals Evaluate Costs Benchmark and Select providers proposals Create Commercial Offers Manage Internal Approvals Identify Risk and Opportunities What will you learn?
