We are looking for an enthusiastic and structured Norwegian Team Leader, who together with our Customer Service agents, can assure the best experience for our customers.
Job Description
What will you be doing?
1. Lead, manage and inspire a team of Customer Service agents
2. Implement and drive toward goals with your team while developing yourself and others
3. Constantly improve the overall performance of employees by giving feedback
4. Be focused on customer value, and support your staff, so they can give the best customer experience
5. Make decisions that benefit our customers, colleagues and business
6. Create an inspiring work environment where excellence in customer service and employee satisfaction go hand in hand
7. Conduct feedback- and dialogue talks according to our processes
8. Identify future talent and develop colleagues to provide a succession pipeline
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
Just like everybody at H&M; you are results-driven, open-minded, curious, ambitious and collaboratively focused. Furthermore, you have:
1. A good understanding in the Norwegian language, both written and spoken
2. Leadership experience meaning you are a strong leader who leads by example
3. Great communication skills with a coaching approach and a passion for leading people in change
4. An act, learn and adapt mindset
5. Good organizational skills and ability to work under your own direction and planning
6. Great skills in setting goals and follow-up on them accordingly with your team
7. The ability to prioritize and plan for our colleagues, business and customers
8. A fair, empathetic and committed mindset to both the business and the wellbeing of our colleagues
9. Good computer literacy and capable and eager learning new things
10. Proficient in the English language
11. An advantage if you have experience in handling employee relations matters by following Spanish local law (Collective Agreement)
