We are currently looking for a professional and talented O2C Credit Collection Specialist to join our Operations team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Managing credit collections operations for the Americas region and Brasil, with the principal goal of protecting the assets of the company, by balancing exceptional customer service whilst maximizing cash flow through cash collection.
* Act as a true Pronovias Group Ambassador by building strong and efficient collaboration relations both with customers and with all the departments involved (Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, etc.)
* Provide recommendations regarding collection strategy effectiveness, including orders & cash allocation, billing, credit limits, claims & accounts receivable monitoring, loan management and market reporting, deploying strategies that contribute to the Company’s mission.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (or related field).
* At least 2-4 years of work experience in Customer & Credit Management.
* Strong client-facing and communication skills.
* Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package.
* Team player; enthusiastic, accurate and commercially oriented.
* Hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude towards work.
* Advanced in English and Portuguese spoken and written.
* Fixed schedule from 3pm to 11pm (no split shift).
* Ability to think strategically and to lead a dynamic team.
* Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
* Customer service orientation and passion for the Bridal Industry.
