Duties and Responsibilities
* Monitor, triage and resolve connectivity related issues.
* Monitor, triage and resolve system related issues.
* Monitor, triage, and work with L1 and L2 helpdesk to resolve issues faster.
* Participate in the deployment and regression testing of Network hardware.
* Maintain customer and partner Communities.
* Work closely with IT peers to implement Monitoring solutions, Training, and end user related issues.
* Design, implement and maintain reports and dashboards.
* Firmware and Security updates as described in Arcserve Policy and Procedures.
* Maintain and Support Azure/GCP/AWS Integration.
* Maintain and assign user Roles, Profiles and Permission Sets/Groups and policies to users.
* Participation in daily and weekly standup meetings.
* Mentor members of the team by working closely with them and assisting case issues brought to your attention.
* Ability to travel globally.
Required Job Qualifications
* 5+ years experience in IT related troubleshooting and resolution.
* 5+ years experience administrating Office 365.
* 1+ years experience working with Cisco Call Manager, Webex Conferencing, VoIP, and Cisco UCM Cloud or similar tech stack.
* 1+ years experience working with VMWare ESXi and configuring virtual hosts.
* 5+ years experience working with IT operational tools including but not limited to ticketing systems, monitoring systems, and troubleshooting solutions.
* Experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, Aruba, and Meraki networking equipment.
* Experience with networking tools such as Wireshark, SNMP, and VMWare.
* 10+ years experience working in IT as a Systems Admin or Network Admin.
* Strong background in troubleshooting and IT triage.
* Strong understanding of Networking troubleshooting skills.
* Strong understanding in Azure, GCP or AWS.
* 5+ years experience with Microsoft AD, Windows Server.
* Experience with Linux and Mac operating systems.
* Experience troubleshooting and configuring VPN.
* Exceptional communication skills (oral and written).
* Strong critical thinking, reading and comprehension.
* Able to work without continual monitoring.
* Willingness to work outside the scope of this job description to assist the helpdesk team to get users back up and working as quickly as possible.
Language Skills
Fluent in English and Spanish
Preferred Job Qualifications
* Microsoft Certification or equivalent.
* Prior experience working with IPSEC, SD-WAN and MPLS.
* Basic knowledge of System Manager’s products including network mapping, monitoring, and asset tracking tools.
* Experience with SAML and its integration into tools such as 2FA VPN and networking access.
* Experience with Jira and Confluence.
* Experience with VPCs and container-based networking through GCP.
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code.
* Experience with Bamboo.
