About the Role:
As a Senior Business Analyst (L2) you will play a pivotal role in delivering data-driven insights that support strategic decisions.You will collaborate with various departments and teams across the company to translate business needs into actionable solutions. Your expertise in business analysis will guide the optimization of workflows, enhance product delivery, and ensure alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather, process, and analyze data from internal systems, focusing on business intelligence and performance metrics.
* Leverage data to identify trends, develop reports, and provide actionable insights that influence key business decisions.
* Ensure data integrity by implementing and monitoring quality controls within the business intelligence ecosystem.
* Partner with finance teams to integrate financial data into growth strategies, forecasting models, and high-level decision-making processes to ensure alignment between financial goals and business performance.
* Develop and maintain tracking tools, dashboards, and analysis methodologies to enhance business visibility, monitor performance, and identify actionable growth opportunities across departments.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to evaluate performance, and implement strategic improvements that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
* Support decision-making processes by preparing detailed analyses, summaries, and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
* 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role, with a focus on leveraging business intelligence systems.
* Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.).
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, dynamic models).
* Strong SQL skills with experience in querying large, complex data sets.
* Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify actionable insights
