JOB PURPOSE:
Drive innovation and lead our business to new heights by spearheading the Digital Supply Chain (DSC) team. Collaborate with visionary leaders and diverse colleagues in a global environment, unlocking your full potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Build and lead the Digital Supply Chain (DSC) team, a new team of 40+ FTE that will be pivotal in the Ice Cream Company’s ambition to be a Digital First company.
2. Give the DSC team a strong identity and make it top-of-mind for all digital SC developments, with both global and regional/local SC teams.
3. Ensure our Supply Chain has end-to-end connectivity of systems, strong governance on performance metrics and reports, and crystal-clear ownership of data.
4. Lead the “Global First, Local by Exception” digital agenda.
5. Centralize scattered digital resources (reporting, D&A) into the Digital Supply Chain team.
6. As part of the DSC team, set up a reporting sub-team with excellent knowledge of building and maintaining standard reporting tools (Power Bi, Excel, etc.), as well as good understanding of data lake structures and basic data engineering and supply chain knowledge.
7. Manage the mapping, rebuilding and consolidation of SC reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) for both global and regional/local. Guide the transition towards a global reporting landscape (local by exception).
8. Ensure strong governance on metrics and KPIs to achieve one performance language and one way of reporting.
9. As part of the DSC team, set up a tech sub-team with excellent knowledge of specific SC areas (Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, etc.) and IT (architecture, existing solutions, D&A development capabilities, data lake structure), as well as excellent communications and project management skills. Basic data engineering and manipulation skills are a plus.
10. Collaborate with IT to set up WoWs around tech development projects, and to ensure sufficient IT support (e.g. D&A resources) for SC related projects.
11. As part of the DSC team, set up a master data sub-team with excellent knowledge of local product, vendor, customer and pricing master data (MD). Guide the transition towards a centralized MD WoW.
12. Set up efficient WoWs between DSC MD SME teams and third party operational MD teams.
13. Set up efficient request governance to streamline communications to the DSC team.
14. Oversee the integrity, quality, and flow of supply chain data across systems and teams.
15. Responsible for digital supply chain project management, from initial request filtering to final implementation, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
16. Representative towards SC senior management of all technological developments.
17. From a position of high-level overview of all SC technology, identify possibilities to consolidate, optimize, and improve value delivery to SC and the company at large.
18. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
SKILLS:
1. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex supply chain challenges.
7. Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve supply chain processes.
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3. Proven experience with digital supply chain technologies, data management, and IT processes.
4. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale digital projects and cross-functional teams.
5. In-depth industry knowledge of supply chain best practices and emerging trends (e.g. AI, IoT).
