Position Summary:
The Product Technical Manager is accountable for development, ensuring compliance, implementation, and solution performance measurement & optimization. They are responsible for building, maintaining, and managing an effective team of Release and Migration managers, as well as leading vendor implementation resources and coordinating with shared internal technical resources. They will work closely with the Solution Manager as a peer to ensure that solutions are presented, approved, and implemented aligned with business expectations and success conditions. This role leverages DevOps, Agile, and SCRUM practices to meet platform delivery milestones. By aligning technical solutions with business goals, the Product Technical Manager delivers scalable, compliant solutions that achieve impactful results in a global, multi-stakeholder environment.
What you’ll do
- Leads and coordinates technical development efforts across internal teams and external vendors for Content Hub and Brand Hub.
- Delivers high-quality, scalable, and compliant solution designs on time and within budget.
- Translates business requirements received from the Solution Manager into actionable development plans and technical solutions.
- Manages the Release Manager and Asset Migration Manager, ensuring alignment with project goals and responsibilities.
- Fosters collaboration and productivity across shared resources within GM, IT MSE, and external vendors.
- Oversees resource and team member allocation to maximize productivity and optimize workloads.
- Ensures platforms meet all compliance, data security, and performance benchmarks.
- Conducts regular audits and collaborates with IT teams for necessary adjustments.
- Drives adoption of Agile and DevOps practices within the technical teams.
- Coaches and mentors team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Promotes cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams to ensure the successful delivery of business-aligned solutions.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in computer science or a field related to the product.
- Demonstrated experience in a product-based IS/IT organization.
- 3-5 years experience in IS/IT (e.g. Product Owner, Development Manager, etc.).
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in effective communication at different levels within a large organization.
- Preference to have worked in a global environment and with virtual teams.
- High levels of proficiency and understanding of development methodologies, eContent Management, Digital Asset Management, Workflow management & publication to channels.
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments.
- Experience in coordinating, prioritizing, and validating tech teams and vendors' work.
