We are seeking a junior account manager to join our team in Spain and develop the following functions:
Customer Management and Prospecting:
* Build strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
* Effectively communicate the value proposition of the TIFS products.
* Manage RFQs for new products, developing techno-economic proposals.
* Prepare and closely follow up on quotations until closure, analyzing rejection reasons to drive improvements.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
* Handle commercial crisis and risk management.
Market Analysis and Product Development:
* Analyze product and process strategies to identify customer requirements and address critical pain points.
* Collaborate with application engineers, product line managers, and development teams to properly support the industrialization of a program.
Collaboration and Organizational Development:
* Support the product development process until final customer validation, from identifying needs to sample approval for mass production.
* Lead teams with a strategic focus, prioritizing key challenges and opportunities.
Commercial Management and Sales:
* Coordinate the annual budgeting process for the assigned customer.
* Prepare and present the KPIs to management.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance.
* Manage and maintain key commercial metrics.
Growth and Profitability Strategy:
* Support the customer's expansion and profitability strategy.
* Track and supervise short- and mid-term objectives and strategies.
Punctually travel within the assigned territory to visit current and prospective customers, strengthen relationships, understand their needs, and identify future commercial opportunities.
Education and Experience:
* BS (bachelor's in Engineering) is a must.
* Languages: English (First Certificate or B2) is a must; French will be a plus.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
* Driving License: B (this position requires eventual travel abroad).
