Regardless of vertical, Adapt offers dynamic and diverse challenges that foster creativity, innovation, and application of knowledge to create client solutions.A Bit About YouThe ideal candidate will have similar experience as an ASO Manager or at least 2 years of experience as a Senior ASO Executive.As the ASO Manager, you will report to the Digital Marketing Director, and you’ll be a key part of leading ASO strategies and supporting our international clients to ensure their apps appear at the top of the search results in all applicable App stores.The contract will be expected to last for 6-7 months, with possibilities to make it permanent afterwards.The RoleAs an ASO Manager, you will have the knowledge and experience of the following:1. Strong expertise in mobile apps2. Up to date on the latest trends in mobile digital marketing, ASO, and stores best practices3. Experience with tools such as AppTweak, App Annie, or Sensor Tower4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English5. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus – a strong advantage if Spanish6. Good knowledge of SEO is a strong point7. Experience in client relations8. High proficiency in Excel9. Good account management experience10. Ability to juggle a number of tasks at once11. Deliver and oversee high-quality work12. Ability to work within a team and to manage and mentor junior members13. Management and tutoring of junior members of the teamKey Responsibilities1. Manage a portfolio of clients’ ASO activities and strategies2. Ensure deliveries are on time and at a high-quality standard3. Deliver and supervise ASO strategy4. Lead weekly/monthly calls with clients5. Be responsible for the overall project plans6. Work closely with the Digital Director for the costs/margins of the projectsYou Need to1.
