Job Description: As a Community Manager, you will join our Social Media department reporting directly to the Social Media Manager. We need a hands-on and out-of-the-box profile. You will liaise with many departments and accounts of both the client (a leading automotive group) and our own agency.
Your Accountabilities:
1. Day-to-day management of the Social Media channels under your responsibility, including tools, creativity, reporting, listening, and community management.
2. Assimilation of group and brand strategies to implement them on the channels.
3. Planning, development, programming, and content management for social channels.
4. Preparation of reports on social media performance of the accounts under your responsibility, including competition reports and benchmarking.
5. Incident management and customer care.
6. Collaboration with international social departments and clients to advance calendars and campaigns.
7. Trend analysis and studies to extract insights valuable for clients and for the department or agency.
Qualifications:
1. Knowledge and use of social media publishing tools (Sprinklr) or listening tools.
2. Digital expertise and ability to tackle challenges that may arise.
3. Social Media communication professional mindset.
4. Strategic vision on social networks and digital communication.
5. Knowledge of Paid Media at campaign and optimization level.
6. Understanding of Social Media analytics and its relation to other digital assets of a brand.
7. Technical knowledge of digital communication and social networks, including trends and creativity.
8. Willingness to learn and share knowledge with colleagues.
9. Presentation skills for client interactions.
10. Perfect writing skills in Spanish.
11. Professional level of English (C1) for communication with international stakeholders; knowledge of other languages (Italian or French) is a plus.
12. Ability to create memes and GIFs for internal communications.
