Purpose
In close collaboration with Global Demand Planners, Business Units (BUs), and Demand Planning Capabilities Team, the Global Demand Planner (GDP) Long Term Prestige is responsible for demand completeness on a 13 to 36-month horizon to support strategic actions for capacity planning (Distribution Centres and Production). Additionally, you will take over key transversal responsibilities to optimize the end-to-end operational execution within the Coty Supply Chain such as forecast accuracy reporting and demand reasonability (0-12 months).

Key Responsibilities
Demand Completeness (13-36 months)
* Lead and conduct Long Range monthly process on Base & Inno (Saleable Regulars) and Testers & Samples (Non-Saleable Regulars) at the market level.
* Animate Business Units on JDA audits, statistical forecasting, use of statistical models, discontinuation dates maintenance, in close collaboration with the DP Capabilities team.
* Identify and communicate gaps on the 13-36-month horizon to Global Demand Planners to ensure accurate final adjustments at house/brand levels vs ambition plan.
* Reflect 3 years strat plan into long-term forecast in O9.
* Adjust long-term forecast monthly based on the strat plan adherence update.
* Populate DFU discontinuation dates in O9 according to discontinuation strategy.
Forecast Accuracy Reporting
* Lead the Forecast Accuracy (FA) interventions with the markets: status intervention, scorecard hyper care, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) dashboards/charts, Weekly Demand Evolution.
* Escalate and communicate FA during global Sales & Operations Planning meetings.
* Run and consolidate the reporting: performance monitoring, Business Unit Root cause analysis, and Global action plan follow up.
Demand Reasonability (0-12 months)
* Every month, identify and communicate gaps on 0–12-month horizon to Global Demand Planners/Regional Sales & Operations Planning leaders to guarantee reasonability and mitigate cuts/inventory/Value at Risk (VAR).
* Load operational forecast in O9 based on FH inputs (US & EMEA).
