Key job responsibilities
* Report on metrics using Change Management performance dashboards
* Create automated reports for stakeholders and leadership teams
* Conduct root cause analysis and use insights to inform Change Management process improvements
* Communicate and present information to the appropriate teams

About the team
Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) looks after heavy items like furniture and large home appliances. Our team manages the entire service, from supply chain fulfilment to delivery and returns. What sets this service apart from others is the extra level of customer care. Not only do we deliver large items, but we unpack, assemble and install them, and take away old items where needed. With a focus on safety, productivity and innovation, we’re changing the way customers buy and receive large goods for the better.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Relevant experience in an analytical role, working with data
* Relevant experience in communicating with senior stakeholders and leadership
* Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
* Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* A degree
* Experience of working with SQL, VBA Python, R, or other programming language
* Experience in assessing operating processes and outcomes quantitatively and qualitatively
