Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Specialist focusing on the German markets at BIPO in Barcelona, with flexibility for remote work. The specialist will be working with the Country Service Delivery Managers to support multiple areas of the HR and payroll processes. This specialist position requires German speaking capabilities as well as mastering the German labour law legislation.
This role is a unique opportunity for an HR professional who would like to embrace the full scope of employee’s life cycle management in autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and handle the operational aspects of HR processes and Payroll for a set of clients, in conjunction with internal teams and Partners, ensuring timeliness, quality and compliance with local legislation.
* Help to identify opportunities for Services & process enhancement as part of our Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
* Attend meetings as necessary and assist with HR projects.
Qualifications:
* Must have: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HR process management (employee lifecycle) and/or Payroll for Germany.
* Must have: Business fluency in English and German.
* Must have: Strong client focus and sense of service.
* Must have: Sense of autonomy, proactivity, and initiative.
* Must have: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with pressure on timeline and service excellence.
* Experience in using HRIS, payroll systems, or working with HR outsourcing providers.
* Client management experience.
* Eager to learn and grow.
* Ability and willingness to adapt to various cultural environments.
* Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resource or any relevant field.
