Define and execute the games strategy, working closely with product, design, marketing, and analytics teams to maximize player engagement and monetization. Ensure market competitiveness by identifying trends, analyzing competitors, and adapting strategies accordingly. Team Leadership & Development Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
