Mission
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including agreements and policies.
* Analyze and advise on different kinds of regulations.
* Collaborate with others in the global general counsel team to ensure consistency and alignment with the company's legal strategy and standards.
* Serve as advisor to assigned internal business partners such as procurement, manufacturing operations, R&D, and clinical operations, providing legal guidance on projects and business opportunities and implementing key risk management strategies.
* Work closely and manage relationships with legal service providers as directed, to ensure that the best services are provided to the company at reasonable cost.
* Collaborate with colleagues on projects for standardization and efficiency.
Education
* Bachelor's in Law or equivalent degree in Law.
* Post-graduate studies (MBA, LLM) are a plus.
Experience
* In-house or law-firm total minimum experience of five (5) years. Such minimum experience is required to advise operations and business units in local and international settings.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
* International experience is preferable.
Specific Knowledge
* Knowledge and hands-on experience in areas such as antitrust, contracting (including contracts with healthcare professionals), clinical studies, licensing, and commercial transactions.
* Fluency in English (oral and written) is required.
* Good document drafting and proofreading skills.
* Good communication skills.
