Regional HR Business Services Director – EMEA
As the Regional HR Business Services Director for Region EMEA, you will lead and manage HR services within a specific region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and scalable HR Business Services. This role involves strategic leadership, operational oversight, governance, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive business value and support HR's overall objectives.
Your primary accountability is to tailor and execute the Regional HR Business Services strategy in alignment with the global HR Business Services strategy and goals, ensuring the delivery of integrated, relevant, high-performing hire-to-retire services and continuous improvement.
Key Focus Areas:
* People and Organization Leadership: Set strategic goals aligned with the functional strategy and ensure team alignment and role clarity. Conduct performance management reviews and set objectives to drive team success.
* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional leadership within and beyond HR, to ensure alignment and support for HR Business Services initiatives.
* Supervise Regional HR Business Services Excellence: Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of HR Business Services.
* Leading Continuous Improvement (CI): Drive a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.
Global HR Business Services Accountability:
ER/LR Profile Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
* Experience: At least 8-15 years of regional HR experience, with 5 years working with senior leaders. Broad HR experience at a multi-country level as an HRBP and in HR Services, working for global companies with a multi-SBU setup and different employee populations (manufacturing, sales, R&D, retail, etc.).
* Demonstrated ability to manage HR operations efficiently and effectively.
* Demonstrated people, organization, and stakeholder management experience.
* Strong ER/LR experience is a must.
* Lean Six Sigma type background preferred.
* Proven track record of strategic thinking, decision-making, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
