We are seeking a Business Development Manager on behalf of a leading company in the cosmetics and perfumery industry. This company is dedicated to creating high-quality products that inspire and enhance beauty. With a strong market presence and commitment to innovation, they are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join their team in Vic.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in national and international markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product development and sales strategies.
* Develop and implement business growth plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
* Negotiate and close commercial agreements with key stakeholders.
* Monitor sales performance, reporting key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the cosmetics, perfumery, or beauty industry.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent understanding of market trends and business strategies.
* Ability to work independently and proactively identify growth opportunities.
* Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Availability to travel as required.
* Living in Osona or near this area.
