The Opportunity
As a Digital Experience Graduate within Carolina Herrera, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to elevating and refining our global digital presence. Working closely with the Digital Experience Manager and team (CRO/Digital Analyst, Digital Project Manager), you will contribute to creating a seamless and captivating online experience for our customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in shaping the digital narrative of a renowned beauty and luxury brand.
What you'll get to do
Digital Analysis & Performance Monitoring:
* Support the analysis of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data to track user behavior, traffic trends, and digital sales performance.
* Generate reports and insights on site performance, user journey, conversion rates, and engagement metrics to optimize digital experiences.
* Assist in A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) initiatives, working closely with the Digital Analyst.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Coordination:
* Collaborate with internal and external departments to maintain a consistent and engaging digital presence.
* Liaise with the UX/UI Design agency to ensure the implementation of new designs and optimizations in alignment with the digital strategy.
* Coordinate with internal teams (IT, CRM, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication, Retail) to ensure timely asset and functionality delivery for digital initiatives.
* Assist in executing digital in-store projects, addressing market-specific requests and local digital needs ensuring quality and timely execution.
Website Optimization & Innovation:
* Support the testing and implementation of new digital functionalities and projects, ensuring a cutting-edge user experience, together with the Digital Project Manager.
* Help gather and draft business requirements for new digital features and optimizations.
* Identify and report any bugs, usability issues, or content-related inconsistencies.
SEO & Content Management:
* Help monitor and analyze SEO performance in collaboration with our agency, offering insights and recommendations.
* Assist in managing digital assets, including copy, images, videos, and documents, for various projects.
Industry Research & Trends:
* Conduct research on best practices, emerging trends, and competitor analysis in the digital space to keep Carolina Herrera at the forefront of innovation.
We'd love to meet you if you have
* 1-2 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital, Engineering or related field.
* Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Basic understanding of UX/UI principles, digital marketing concepts, and web analytics tools (GA4, Contentsquare, etc.).
* Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello) and Graphic design (Photoshop, Miro, Figma) is a plus.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Passion for the beauty, fashion, and luxury retail industry.
