Responsibilities:
* Retain and profitably grow existing customers.
* Generate new business with existing and new customers within markets under responsibility.
* Manage customer profitability to achieve assigned profitability targets.
* Implement price movements to sustain targeted margins.
* Prepare and present product and company presentations to customers and prospects.
* Manage customer claims in collaboration with quality and commercial departments.
* Ensure customer satisfaction in collaboration with necessary departments.
* Attend price requests and tender/RFP processes for assigned accounts.
* Manage contract and SLA processes with the Commercial team.
* Generate and maintain effective reporting according to BU sales reporting policy.
* Regularly update the CRM tool and business pipeline.
* Provide forecasts and budgets for the business.
* Maintain market knowledge and update corresponding databases regularly.
* Gather and assess market feedback regarding news and competitor activities.
* Leverage Commercial Excellence capabilities, tools, and processes.
* Channel ideas for product and service innovation.
* Support the NPD process by proposing new products and innovations.
* Participate in courses, training, and other forms of professional development.
* Assist and replace other employees in the department when needed.
