We are seeking a Site Manager for our HOME Market, responsible for ensuring the installation of electrical components and equipment in conformance with quality standards.
Area of Responsibility
* Technically correct performance of electrical installation work
* Quality and up-to-dateness of documentation for the installation of electrical components (installation records)
* Collaborate with the Project Manager for the approval of the Work Plan by the Client
Main Tasks
* Review the material required for the execution of the Work prior to its commencement
* Launch and carry out the work
* Carry out the layout of the project
* Adapt plans to the reality of the land
* Attend meetings with the client or technical assistance and their superior
* Control and collect data on the final situation of the installations
* Support in personnel coordination by the Subcontractors and the staff of Siemens R.A.
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors on site, ensuring quality control and measurement certification
* Support in management related to the Work Teams
* Carry out requests to the Client, Technical Assistance, and/or the operator of the installation
* Negotiate and approve changes within the expense limits established by Siemens R.A.
* Prepare follow-up reports and meeting minutes reflecting established agreements
* Support the project manager in risk and claim management
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in a railway signaling company as a Site Manager
* Technical knowledge of signaling systems with experience in national projects (international experience is valuable)
* Experience in global interaction with customers/partners/providers from multiple countries
* Degree in Engineering or professional electronic training (FPII) or similar
* Soft Skills: Customer Focus, Drive for Results
* B2 spoken and written English
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Willingness to travel and work during nights and weekends
