Job Responsibilities:
* Manage customer purchase orders
* Handle invoicing and export documentation
* Organize order collections and oversee export and import processes
* Provide proactive updates to customers
* Manage customer rolling forecasts
* Calculate and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Support Business Development and Project Management teams
* Participate in cross-functional projects
* Thrive in a dynamic environment and collaborate with stakeholders across departments
Requirements:
* Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level); additional languages are a plus
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B customer service and export activities
* Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in SAP and Excel
o Knowledge of export processes
* Soft Skills:
o Passion for customer care, with a customer-first mindset
o Proactive, results-oriented, and solution-driven
o Practical, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
o Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to resolve challenges effectively
