YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and implement drivability calibration strategies for various powertrain systems.
* Utilize advanced engineering tools and methodologies to optimize vehicle performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure calibration objectives are met within project timelines.
* Conduct vehicle testing and data analysis to validate calibration solutions and identify areas for improvement.
* Provide technical expertise and support to resolve drivability-related issues throughout the development cycle.
* Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance calibration methodologies and techniques.
YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred with 2+ years of experience in the automotive sector.
* Familiarity with calibration software and diagnostic tools (e.g., INCA, Matlab/Simulink, CANoe, etc.) is required.
* Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is important.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Good knowledge of internal combustion engines.
* Proven experience in drivability calibration or related automotive engineering roles is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
