Job Description
We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer with hospitality SaaS experience to join our dynamic team in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, you will be the technical bridge between our cutting-edge hospitality software solutions and our valued clients, driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute technical sales strategies for our hospitality SaaS products
* Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits
* Provide technical expertise during the sales process, addressing client questions and concerns
* Work closely with the product development team to gather client feedback and contribute to product improvements
* Assist in the implementation and onboarding process for new clients
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their technology needs
* Create and deliver technical proposals and documentation to support the sales process
* Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote our solutions and expand our network
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
* Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
* Strong technical knowledge of SaaS platforms and hospitality software solutions
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
* Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
* Experience with SaaS product demonstrations and implementations
* In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry and its unique technology needs
* Knowledge of SaaS business models and technologies
* Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
* Fluency in English; additional languages (especially Spanish) is a plus
