Ecommerce Product Manager en híbrido.
Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer):
Develop Digital Marketing Strategies outlining how to reach prospective customers in a profitable way and implementing them across all digital platforms (Meta, Mailing, Website, Social Influencers).
Identify and analyze market trends to optimize user and customer experience. Stay up to date on the latest fashion and social media trends and implement them in marketing campaigns.
Responsabilidades:
1. Plan, execute and manage all digital marketing including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
2. Develop new projects and new products to increase brand awareness and market share.
3. Coordinate the Marketing team and negotiate media and influencers contracts.
4. Manage the marketing budget.
5. Analyze and improve website performance (content definition, homepage, product page, checkouts, etc.).
6. Ensure a consistent brand image and messages across all platforms.
7. Create and maintain an editorial calendar for social media.
8. Lead the Marketing Assistant and Designer.
Requisitos:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Business.
2. Background in Marketing in startup/tech.
3. 3+ years of experience in business strategy, marketing, or sales in a high-growth online environment.
4. Strong skills in market analysis; experienced with analytical tools (Data Studio, Analytics, Excel, etc.).
5. Strong in guiding design and implementation; basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop.
6. Knowledgeable about e-commerce trends and challenges.
7. Excellent in conveying complex strategies to various stakeholders.
8. Demonstrated ability in leading teams and collaborative projects.
9. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan.

Salary: Fixed + Bonus
