Heetch is a ride-hailing application present in 7 countries and aims to promote fairer and more inclusive mobility. The Acquisition team plays a central role in this organization and interacts daily with the different teams. Our team's mission is to implement various acquisition and activation strategies for drivers and passengers across all countries to offer a reliable and healthy solution. As a member of the Growth team, you will be in charge of imagining, launching, monitoring, and analyzing passenger and driver acquisition campaigns in Europe.
What Will Be Your Role?
1. Manage and monitor performance campaigns to achieve acquisition and retention objectives (SEA, programmatic, partnerships).
2. Source and set up new acquisition channels.
3. Optimize the marketing mix based on channel performance.
4. Manage a monthly budget: define the media mix and forecast per month, adjust if necessary, question budget weightings if necessary.
5. Lead weekly meetings with the different teams: local teams in the different countries where Heetch is established, brand & design, and data to develop and refine driver and passenger strategies.
6. Test & Iterate: apply industry best practices, innovate on messages and content, set up A/B tests.
7. Optimize and analyze the conversion funnel from impression to activation, understand the obstacles and implement optimizations.
Do You Recognize Yourself?
1. You have between 3 and 5 years of experience as a campaign manager, acquisition manager, traffic manager, or growth marketing manager.
2. Advertising platforms hold no secrets for you: Facebook ads, Google ads, Snapchat, Apple search ads, Amazon ads, etc.
3. You have an appetite for data analysis and the creation of reports.
4. You are detail-oriented. You have a perfect command of French and English.
5. You are enthusiastic and enjoy working in a team in a start-up environment, in strong growth, and in a very competitive environment.
