What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our Marketing Ice Cream team in Barcelona. Together with the Marketing Manager, you will lead the beloved and iconic brand Carte d'Or for our Spain Ice Cream Business across both Out-of-Home (OOH) and In-Home (IH) channels.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business plans and brand activation for Carte d'Or Spain, both In-Home (Tubs and new potential segments) and Out of Home (Scooping).
* Responsible for Innovation & Renovation projects, both local initiatives and execution of regional plans.
* Propose brand activity and measurable objectives. Monitor brand performance and recommend solutions to meet annual targets.
* Brand audit, Jobs to be done, Activity plans, Scorecards & in-market pricing.
* Owner of brand budget end-to-end with project allocation decisions.
* Provides input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6P's).
* Actively participate in and prepare internal meetings (brand & project reviews, sales meetings, customer plans).
* Lead the digital marketing plan of the brand, specially for B2B business, working closely with agencies both for production and media allocation.
* Creation of the marketing plan for almost 100 Scoopshops in Spain through POS activation materials & digital support.
* Lead PR & Social & Newsletter plans for Carte d'Or out of home.
* Together with the Marketing Manager, define short- & long-term strategies for the brand across the different channels, with P&L responsibility.
* Together with Trade, sets national level brand KPI's and work on relevant plans for key customers and for both channels.
What You Need To Succeed:
* University degree, with an emphasis in business.
* High interest in holistic marketing, innovation management and 360 brand activation.
* Proactive attitude & Doer philosophy – making things happen.
* Analytical abilities to drive proper & rigorous brand analysis.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and supportive team player.
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
* 2+ years' experience preferrable in FMCG, particularly with exposure in Brand Building, Brand Development, Portfolio Innovation, Category Management, Trade Marketing or Sales Management.
* Proficient Level of Spanish and English is a must.
