Wall Street English is looking for a confident, self-starter Digital Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team in our Barcelona office. The successful intern will become an important part the international websites team and will support the local franchisee teams to adopt, implement and optimize digital marketing platforms provided by the International Marketing department. This role will work closely with the Global Web Platforms Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, developers and directly with the franchisees in the different territories.What You Will Be DoingReporting to our Global Web Platforms Manager, this role calls for a detail-orientated approach to managing the launch and update of a series of websites and digital marketing platforms. An overview of the collaboration, responsibilities, and opportunities for learning is below:Set up and maintain the websites that are offered to the Wall Street English Franchise network.Monitor performance and work together with developers and local teams to improve site performance including SEO.Ensure content is updated across multiple language templates and on local sites. Maintain and optimize an English Test lead capture tool, including content and activity performance on territory sites. Build, manage and distribute assets on HubSpot, such as landing pages and forms to ensure brand consistency across markets and improve the performance of the local digital marketing campaigns.Manage the interaction with Franchisees to improve the Google My Business information and increase the traffic to the local listings through usage of centrally managed platform. Support the process of reviews collection and management in the franchise markets to ensure consistent brand reputation management and optimal leveraging of social proof in marketing Support the International Marketing team in customer support for Marketing Managers in the Franchise network.Feedback and ReportingGather Feedback: Assist in collecting feedback from our network about their problems, issues and experiences.Reporting and Analysis: Learn to utilize analytics tools to track digital marketing performance and contribute to regular performance reports for stakeholders.Your ProfileCurrently a student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.Able to sign an internship agreement with your School/University.Available for a minimum 6-month internship.Familiarity with updating of websites with a content management system (CMS)Basic understanding of analyzing digital marketing metrics.Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to expertly prioritize tasks to achieve results.Ability to manage work and tasks with strong organization skills and attention to detail.Proactive attitude; a self-starter and independent thinker.A team player ready to contribute to a multicultural team.Native or bilingual speaker of English. Other languages like Chinese, Arabic or Spanish, are a plus.Nice to haveKnowledge of Google’s suite of tools: Google Business Profile, Search Console, Tag Manager, AnalyticsSome experience with Marketing Automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) Some exposure or coursework in digital marketing managementInternship Schedule Arrangement:Hybrid (2 days in office/3 days work from home).
