An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group.
About the Role:
To ensure all merchandising functions, responsibilities, sampling and POSM activities are coordinated, properly recorded and reported within the region as well as to Head Office.
Responsibilities:
1. Create, update and maintain weekly competitors promotion intelligence report (CPI) for bakery and dairy.
2. Create, update and maintain Almarai market implementation reports for bakery and dairy.
3. Update and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
4. Monitor and update weekly attendance reports.
5. Monitor and update weekly market issue report from merchandising supervisors and lead merchandisers.
6. Monitor and update weekly promotion feedback reports.
7. Monitor and update equipment usage and dispatches.
8. Monitor and update POSM receipts, dispatches, implementation and inventory.
9. Coordinate regular sampling plan received from Trade Marketing on a weekly basis to ensure all needed items are available for each activity.
10. Coordinate promotion alerts received from Trade Marketing to ensure all stakeholders are notified for successful implementations on required time periods.
11. Coordinate with Key Accounts to ensure new products samples are available for listing.
12. Coordinate product sponsorship activities received from Public Relation and Trade Marketing.
13. Coordinate MIT activities as instructed and required by the Sales team.
14. Monitor and update records on disengagement, staff transfer and LTR.
Requirements:
1. College Degree Holder.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
3. 1-3 years experience in a Sales and Marketing environment within FMCG.
