Job Description
We're seeking a talented Digital Solution Area Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland or Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our Digital Sales organization, you'll play a critical role in driving growth for Microsoft and helping businesses achieve their digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement: Engage with and enable customers and key decision-makers to deliver a connected customer engagement experience and drive customer satisfaction.
* Demand Generation: Effectively turn prospects and qualified digital leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by identifying customer needs and opportunities to fulfill them with Microsoft's leading cloud technologies.
* Sales Execution: Collaborate with account and partner teams to build pipeline and qualify new opportunities, implement strategies to accelerate deal closing, and contribute input on prioritized opportunities.
* Collaboration: Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with field specialists, technical resources, and partner teams to effectively manage customer opportunities and deliver connected customer experiences.
* Technical Expertise: Leverage and share competitor knowledge as a subject matter expert (SME) to inform decisions on pursuit or withdrawal, lead conversations, and develop strategies for best practice sharing.
Requirements:
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in Norwegian or Danish is essential, with English proficiency also required.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Experience: Demonstrated sales and negotiation experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and delivering results.
