Schneider Electric is seeking a talented Technical Analyst - Learning Applications to join our HR technology team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the technology landscape.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining our systems, ensuring they align with our business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our employees worldwide. Our team is committed to driving continuous improvement through various programs and initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
* System Implementation: Lead the successful implementation of new systems and upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition and no disruption to our operations.
* System Maintenance: Oversee the ongoing maintenance and support of our systems, including operational issues, system configurations, resolving incidents, and assisting our stakeholders.
* Data Governance & Security: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within systems, implementing robust data governance policies and procedures.
* Application Lifecycle Management: Follow application lifecycle management processes and retirement strategies, including data quality and security compliance.
* Integration: Manage the integration of our portfolio systems with other enterprise applications.
* Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of systems and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* +3 years of experience in HR Learning technology management or a similar role.
* Cornerstone or any other LMS experience is preferred.
* Knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
* Proficient in Learning management system, API's, integration, SAML and IDMS.
