Your mission in a few words
The Internal Communication & Engagement Specialist is responsible for fostering a strong organizational culture aligned with the company's values and strategic objectives. This role will drive internal communication strategies, enhance employer branding, and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, the Specialist will create impactful written and visual content for internal and external audiences, ensuring tone, branding, and messaging consistency across all HR-related materials.
What would you do?
Internal Communication:
* Develop and execute internal communication strategies.
* Create engaging content (articles, blog posts, policies) and manage communication platforms (newsletters, intranet, town halls).
* Leverage storytelling to craft compelling narratives and enhance engagement.
* Develop scripts and creative concepts for videos and multimedia content.
Employer Branding:
* Lead employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice and align it with internal culture and values.
* Create social media campaigns showcasing employee stories and workplace culture.
* Design high-quality visuals, templates, and presentations for HR and ensure brand consistency across recruitment, onboarding, and training materials.
* Develop user-friendly templates and creative assets for HR campaigns, events, and training.
Culture & Engagement:
* Drive initiatives that foster an inclusive, values-driven culture.
* Lead employee engagement programs (surveys, action plans, follow-ups).
* Partner with HR and key stakeholders to integrate cultural initiatives.
* Organize internal events, workshops, and activities to boost morale.
The Baker we’re looking for
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field.
* 3 years of experience in HR, Internal Communications or Employee Engagement roles.
* Proven experience in writing, editing, and content creation for professional audiences.
* Fluency in English (bilingual proficiency preferred) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint) for creating visuals and resources.
* Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Proficiency in communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranet systems, employee engagement tools).
* Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engagement.
* Analytical skills with experience in employee engagement survey analysis.
