Talent Partner & Employer Branding
In the role of Talent Partner, you will ensure the deployment of Attraction and Recruitment Processes to create competitive advantage for Unilever.
Working closely with the HRBP Team, you will be responsible for cross-functional recruitment and participate in the Employer Branding Strategy to attract the best talent.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
* Recruiting:
* Lead the recruitment processes for different business areas (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, HR, etc.).
* Utilize Unilever’s digital recruitment processes powered by Gamification.
* Co-create talent priorities with the Talent Lead relevant to business needs.
* Identify talent needs and develop solid Talent Pools with internal and external talent.
* Act as a Talent Partner for managers and HRBPs during the selection process.
* Ensure the applicant tracking system (Workday) and other HR technologies are up to date.
1. Employer Branding:
* Promote and communicate the employee value proposition through various digital platforms.
* Analyze key performance indicators to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
* Manage logistics and communications for university events (career fairs, classroom activities, etc.).
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
* Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
* Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
* Passion for Talent Attraction & Acquisition.
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
* Experience working with data, reporting, and analysis.
* Ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations.
* Flexibility and willingness to learn.
* Proactive troubleshooting.
* Basic project management skills.
* Experience in employee engagement initiatives/employer branding activities (nice to have).
