Customer Service Representative (Italian, Spanish and English)

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Process formal quotes in the public tender process and orders with accuracy and responsiveness.
* Interface with sales and customers to provide accurate information, solve problems, and serve in various post-sales functions.
* Serve as a liaison between customers and internal organizations to resolve customer inquiries.
* Perform routine administrative customer service duties using prescribed procedures.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Native Italian.
* Time management, multitasking, and effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated customer service focus.
* Strong computer and systems skills, including accurate data entry.
* Ability to work cohesively with diverse teams and communicate effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* A proactive approach, a curiosity to learn, and the ability to take initiative and ownership.
* MS Office experience with an emphasis on Excel. SAP/CRM experience preferred.

This job has a full-time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
