Location: Barcelona, Spain

Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating sales opportunities while engaging with potential clients to support business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Generate consistent sales opportunities for field Sales Representatives
2. Identify and qualify prospects and key decision-makers in targeted companies
3. Lead generation for sales, including prospect qualification, meeting scheduling, and product presentation
4. Conduct lead management and nurture potential clients
5. Successfully execute telemarketing campaigns tailored to specific market segments
Requirements
1. C2 level Dutch, with B2 level English proficiency
2. Good knowledge of general IT, preferably in storage environments
3. Strong understanding of telemarketing and sales techniques
4. Previous experience in outbound sales
5. Ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities
6. Transparent work habits and strong self-organization skills
7. Punctual, reliable, and highly motivated
8. Strong social and teamwork skills
9. Authentic and self-confident communicator
