What will your day-to-day be like?
* Collaborate and lead some of our 'Values-Based Recruitment' processes (writing profiles, curricular screening, phone and face-to-face interviews, writing reports, values assessments, etc.)
* Collaborate with our consultancy services, both with national and international customers.
* Promote new ideas to innovate and grow.
* Help us develop our business model, contacting people to change the Human Resources sector.
* Ensure a unique client and candidate experience to contribute to our organizational purpose.
* Learn all you can and teach us all you want.

What would we like to find?
* Passion for working in a different and disruptive way, with the desire to humanize processes and change people management.
* Experience in full-cycle recruiting.
* Knowledge and use of tools such as ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Experience and desire to collaborate to develop our company and help us go further.
* Professional English, good level of Spanish, and valuable other European language.
