What will your day-to-day be like?
- Collaborate and lead some of our 'Values-Based Recruitment' processes (writing profiles, curricular screening, phone and face-to-face interviews, writing reports, values assessments, etc.)
- Collaborate with our consultancy services, both with national and international customers.
- Promote new ideas to innovate and grow.
- Help us develop our business model, contacting people to change the Human Resources sector.
- Ensure a unique client and candidate experience to contribute to our organizational purpose.
- Learn all you can and teach us all you want.

What would we like to find?
- Passion for working in a different and disruptive way, with the desire to humanize processes and change people management.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Knowledge and use of tools such as ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience and desire to collaborate to develop our company and help us go further.
- Professional English, good level of Spanish, and valuable other European language.
