Our team in Granollers currently has an opening for a Sales Manager Iberia.
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Product and Business Development:
* Identify and deliver new product and supplier opportunities within the overall segments and utilize customer and market potential to achieve growth.
* Support the sales growth of the product group.
* Provide product-market information to internal stakeholders & review product performance.
* Provide input for supply chain improvements.
Leadership / Relationships:
* Develop strategic and operational relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the relevant supplier communities.
* Develop strong relationships with Brenntag internal colleagues and have the ability to manage and influence, without having direct authority.
* Lead an internal network for local product management who are focused on the product group to ensure delivery of the strategies.
* Define and implement sales strategy and guidelines for Iberia Food.
* Set sales targets, budgets, and allocate resources.
* Manage assigned internal and external AM teams.
* Cooperate with Business Development, Customer Service, and PM / IMM and share best practices.
* Contribute to product development projects.
YOUR PROFILE
* Experience:
* Minimum 10 years of work experience in selling to large and complex, multi-country / regional companies.
* Work experience in international settings.
Knowledge:
* Master's degree (e.g., Food technology, Engineering, Economics) or similar level of education.

* Solid knowledge of MRP and CRM systems.
