Mission: Fluidra is seeking a dynamic and motivated M&A Professional to join our team. This role is key to supporting Fluidra's growth ambition and future M&A plans, playing a critical part in shaping the company's strategic growth. Your Responsibilities:
* Financial Analysis of Investment Projects: Assess investment opportunities such as company acquisitions (shares), asset transactions, partnerships, and potential divestments. Evaluate financial metrics using discounted cash flow, discount rates, NPV, IRR, multiples, and financial leverage. Serve as the primary point of reference for assessed opportunities (preparation/review of drafts and documents, relationship with internal and external teams, etc.).
* Deal Origination and Execution: Actively participate in the origination and execution of transactions. Conduct thorough financial modeling and valuation of target companies. Manage due diligence processes (including coordination of internal and external teams). Assist in negotiating deal terms and structuring of transactions.
* Cross-Functional Interaction: Collaborate with different teams across the organization to support deal execution. Work closely with legal, financial, and operational departments to ensure smooth integration post-transaction.
* Stakeholder Management: Interact with top-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment of business objectives and deal goals. Present complex financial data and transaction insights in a clear, concise manner to senior leadership.
To Succeed in This Role, You'll Need:
Experience: At least 4-5 years of direct M&A experience is required, including areas such as financial analysis, due diligence, and corporate finance.
