Roles and Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of SAP application support and maintenance services
* Manage client relationships
* Track KPIs and SLAs
* Ensure services are delivered to the client's satisfaction
* Lead project teams - Functional and Technical
* Work on process improvements and automation ideas
* Monitor progress of all the developments
* Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance reports
* Ensure compliance with contractual service levels
* Proactively mitigate risks and detect issues
