2. Define seller and buyer acquisition targets and roadmap using: Google Ads, Social Media, Display, Real Estate Portals, Email Marketing, and Farming.
3. Budget planning and control to achieve the marketing plan objectives.
4. KPI-based analysis as a basis for the design of marketing campaigns and actions.
5. Proposing innovative projects to promote business growth.
6. Negotiation with key suppliers and external agencies.
7. Collaborate with the Head Office team in Hamburg on corporate marketing projects and strategies.
8. Passionate and dynamic person with leadership abilities.
Your Experience :
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.
2. A Master's degree in Digital Marketing or online business is a plus.
3. High analytical skills.
4. Digital expert with a 360º vision with deep knowledge of SEO & SEM strategies, Google Ads, Analytics, Social Media Ads, and Programmatic Marketing.
5. Advanced level of Excel; knowledge of Google Data Studio or other reporting tools will be an asset.
6. Advanced level of English essential.
7. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere will be valued.
