Provides process support in a sales office.
Responds to customer inquiries and acts as a liaison with product divisions, business centers and other internal entities to provide or gather information.
Work closely with the sales force and sales director assisting them in the sales process and administrative tasks.
This position requires:
* Experience in public tenders in Spain is a must.
* Familiarity with third party product processes (3PP).
* Knowledge of Non-Standard clauses management.
* Internal orders management (MARS).
* Bank warranties management and recovery.
* SAP CRM and SAP ECC experience at a level to provide support to sales AM.
* Support to sales in discount tools (Example QUART).
* Working experience in projects and capabilities to work in a team.
* Assist AM and Sales director with systems reports.
Qualifications:
Requires higher education or specialized training / certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typically at least 3-6 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration and management would be a high contribution.
English certificate at a minimum level of First Certificate.
